CAR backflow prevention device Brochure

The airtight backflow prevention damper CAR is used in ventilation systems in circular ducts. It prevents backflow of air and protects rooms from cooling down in winter.

It is especially recommended for ventilation systems in multi-family buildings in kitchen hoods, as well as for other ventilation systems.

The CAR, airtight backflow prevention device is made of galvanised steel, the silencer grills are made of aluminium. The backflow prevention device is equipped with an internal gasket that ensures its tightness and reduces noise. As additional equipment, an external foam seal can be used, which provides easy installation and tightness inside the ventilation duct.
